Dr. N. S. Datar was a PhD in Metallurgy and a distinguished industry leader. He studied at RWTH Aachen, Germany under a Government of India (Nehru) scholarship and later served with SAIL, retiring as Managing Director of Rourkela Steel Plant. Post-retirement, he advised several prominent organizations. He co-founded Datar Engineering & Consultancy, bringing deep technical expertise, global exposure, and strong ethical values, and also led consultancy work in industrial applications of rare earth magnets.

Mr. M. N. Datar is a mechanical engineer and the driving force behind building Datar Engineering from the ground up. With prior experience as a marketing manager in the pump manufacturing industry, his strengths lie in sales, finance, and customer relationships. He strongly believes in integrity, honesty, quality manufacturing, and unwavering service support, inspiring everyone associated with the organization.

Mr. T. M. Datar is a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of experience at Datar Engineering. His expertise lies in technical design, process development, and marketing. A firm believer in honesty, professionalism, and process-driven working, his contributions in design and operational systems have played a key role in taking the company to new heights.
